ABOUT
Phoebe Fischer is a Production Designer and Creative Director with a passion for set design, costume design, and hair and makeup design for narrative film, editorial photography, and commercial advertising.
Her work moves between architectural world building and character-driven visual storytelling, from lived-in period interiors to surreal, hand-built dreamscapes. She collaborates closely with directors, cinematographers, and art department teams to build and curate environments, costumes, and objects that act as character devices rather than backdrop.
Phoebe is a UC Berkeley alum born and raised in Los Angeles and currently based in the Bay Area. She is available to work on projects anywhere in California.
